If you want to cancel or revoke a purchase contract before the goods have been shipped, you can do so easily within 14 days of the purchase confirmation and without giving a reason using the following online withdrawal form or via the withdrawal form sent with the purchase confirmation (by e-mail or by post). You will also find the cancellation policy and the written cancellation form here.
We will confirm the revocation by email. If you have already paid in advance, we will send you back the full amount immediately.
If the goods have already been shipped, please use that Returns Form. If the goods are damaged or delivered incorrectly, please use this Complaints form.
